A look back: Cubigo’s Best 2019 Features
It’s been a busy year at the Cubigo! With each passing month and product release, our senior living platform becomes bigger and better.
As the year comes to a close, we want to highlight certain features we’ve added to the platform over the past year.
1. New services
Our product team has been keeping itself busy to ensure that we accommodate each users’ perspective in all the features we add to the platform.
One of our fantastic new additions is Cubigo’s enhanced table reservation service. This reservation system optimizes the inflow of residents & table occupancy in your dining restaurants, making sure that restaurant capacity is never exceeded. It also your staff to keep track of all reservations.
We’ve added many other new services such as housekeeping, IT support, committees, contact and suggestions to the Cubigo platform.

2. White label Apps
Residents are spoiled for choices in such a saturated market. Thus, creating a unique brand identity is now even more crucial.
Go further than simply customizing the app with your branding. If you want to maintain the look and feel of your community’s brand across all touchpoints, Cubigo’s white-label option allows you to do just that.
We added these features specifically to appease the senior housing’s growing demand for branded apps.

3. PointClickCare Integration
Cubigo continues to develop partnerships with external tools and systems to help break down data silos and enable your communities to provide a resident-centered experience.
A key milestone in this journey was Cubigo’s successful integration with PointClickCare, the leading cloud-based EHR software in the senior care industry. This API connection removes your staff requirement for double entry of data and enables them to rely on a single connected and trusted source

4. Power BI dashboards, embedded
Another star feature of this year is Cubigo’s business Intelligence framework which helps you to gather data and create dashboards.
Our Power BI dashboards let communities visualize, share and collaborate on their data. The data visualizations deliver insights in and across communities to enable fast and informed decisions.
We have data for all services on the platform such as dining, activities, transportation, etc.
For instance, the activity power BI report allows your staff to analyze their current activity offering based on the 6 dimensions of wellness, as well as compare it to residents’ interests - ensuring a balanced and enticing activity calendar.
