Seasons Retirement Communities partners with Cubigo to reimagine the family and resident digital experience

Toronto (CA) January 14, 2021 Cubigo is pleased to announce a new partnership with Seasons Retirement Living.

Established in 2009, Seasons is a Canadian senior living operator with a portfolio of 22 communities throughout Ontario and Alberta.

They are implementing Cubigo in all locations and will be up and running by the end of 2020. Their primary focus will be on the following integrated modules:

  • In-Room TV: every resident will have access to a Cubigo channel within the comfort of their own apartment. This channel will not only provide useful information like dining menus, community news, and activities calendars; but will also be used for live video classes organized by local staff and other content providers.
  • Visitor Management: family members will be able to use the Cubigo app to check availability and schedule visits without having to call the community directly. Cubigo allows communities to manage screening questions depending on legal requirements and staff will have a log of all the visits for contact tracing.
  • Corporate Dashboards and Information Sharing: The Seasons corporate office will be able to share news with residents, staff, and family members via a corporate news module. Corporate will also have access to a real-time dashboard providing information about activity attendance, dining, visits, and much more.
  • Room Service and Meal Pickup: With the Cubigo application, residents will be able to place meal requests which will be directly rooted to the kitchen; removing the need for paper slips or concierge assistance. 

Additional functionalities will gradually be rolled out like attendance tracking, priority messaging, suggestions, and more. Seasons staff will be trained and supported by the Cubigo implementation team throughout the implementation process.
